Worldwide shipping

From Switzerland, we ship the vast majority of our products to almost every country in the world.

We generally recommend choosing a registered shipment, with tracking, a signature on delivery and a transport insurance up to 150 CHF (Swiss francs), i.e. around 155 EUR or 168 USD at the time of writing.

Cost-saving standard shipping mode for low value items

For low-value items, and if you feel that the postal and customs systems work well in your country, you can save around CHF 7 by choosing a standard shipment instead of registered one. In this case, you explicitly waive tracking and insurance, and delivery will be made without a signature. This renunciation is at your own risk. 

We will usually temporarily retain photographic evidence of the item being packed and stamped, but you will forfeit any right to a refund or compensation if the item does not reach you. You also waive all criticism of us, as transport damage or loss is outside our scope of action.

Import taxes

If you are located in a country other than Switzerland, any import taxes (e.g. VAT) will be charged to you by your country upon delivery or before.

We ship the goods with a correctly completed customs declaration and invoice, facilitating hassle-free customs clearance.
